Richard Warner

Mr. Warner is a Certified Public Accountant with 18 years of experience in public accounting. He has served a variety of businesses and industries including but not limited to manufacturing, construction, real estate, mortgage, entertainment, automotive, medical, and professional services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Warner has partnered with small and mid-market companies providing innovating tax planning strategies, specialized advisory services, bank negotiations, and business sale structuring. Mr. Warner oversees tax strategy and compliance work for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, as well as a wide range of accounting services. He oversees financial statement compilations and reviews and assists clients with meeting bank covenants, renewal of their lines of credit, and procuring new financing. Mr. Warner has many loyal clients who are grateful for his expertise in tax planning options as well as his strategy in structuring deals. 

Mr. Warner is a graduate of Cal State University, Fullerton where he earned his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

In his free time, Mr. Warner bowls competitively in leagues and tournaments across Southern California. He has bowled 14 perfect 300 games in his bowling career. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Cynthia and daughters Lucy and Summer.
